Returns must be authorized by our customer support team prior to shipment. All customers require an RMA number to initiate a return. Please contact Dry Water support via our Contact Us form to begin the return process and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If something isn't right, reach out - our team will work with you to find the best solution. Due to the hygienic nature of our product, dry water can only accept customer returns if the product is unopened, unused, and re-sellable. Dry water will not accept any customer returns on products that have been installed and/or used in any manner. The shower head may not be returned once water has been run through it, as they are not re-sellable. All returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of the purchase date, and the product must be received by Dry water within 45 days of purchase. Once received, a refund will be issued. Non-returnable ItemsWe cannot accept returns for:Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect.Items purchased from third-party sellers or retailers (please contact the seller directly).Replacement parts or custom orders.Items returned without prior authorization.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support
-Email us at [support@yourcompany.com] with your order number and reason for return.
Obtain Return Authorization (RMA)
-Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide shipping instruction upon authorization.
Package the Product Securely
-Include all components, manuals, and accessories in the original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly outside of the package.
Ship the Return
-Unless the product is defective or an error was made by Dry Water, customers are responsible for return shipping cost. QUESTIONABLE - are we or the customer responsible
Inspection and Refund
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
1)Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2)If the product is found to be defective, a replacement or full refund including shipping will be provided.
